Since I've been home sick the past couple days I haven't done any christmas shopping. In a frantic attempt to find something I did a quick stop on the fred flare site. . Fred Flare is always kitchy and a great place to pick up inexpensive funny gifts. Here's 2 animal finds that I came across.

Latching on

Latch Hook rugs are near and dear to my heart. My dad was really good at making them and throughout my youth he made many amazing ones for me. He would do them with my name and really personalize them with things that I liked, such as butterflies(at the time I was 6). Now that I think back they are really cool. I hope my parents still have them! I like the texture and simplicity of latch hook rug art. The fuzziness of the yarn ends are so inviting. They are asking you to just touch it.
